Fees for sessions are based on length of session as listed below:

Evaluation: $165 (1 to 1.5 hours)

Couple/Family: $140

60 Minutes: $125

45 Minutes $105

30 Minutes $65 (only scheduled as an exception)


I currently take Anthem BCBS, Aetna, First Health, Meritain, Cigna, Magellan, and Optum/United Healthcare. Please make sure you have coverage and that I am a provider for your plan.  If I am out-of-network with your provider, you have the choice of being a self-pay client. As required by federal law,  self-pay and uninsured clients, will be provided a Good Faith Estimate within one to 3 days of scheduling.  If you elect to self-pay, you will receive a Good Faith Estimate before therapy starts and will be made aware of the exact fee for each service recommended and will be provided an estimate of total fees you might expect to pay. 

Please note: I do not take Medicaid or HIP.  I accept only commercial (offered by an employer) insurance plans. I no longer take Medicare. 

I am also paneled with several Employee Assistance Programs: (Health Advocate, All One Health or ACI Benefits, Optum, Aetna, New Directions, Canopy, Workplace Options, and Corporate Counseling Associates (CCA). You will need to see your HR representative for direction in initiating services via one of these EAP plans. 

Self-pay is also an option, and I can provide you a Superbill if I am out of network with your particular insurance plan (Commercial Plans only). You may be able to recoup some of your cost if you submit a claim with the Superbill to your plan. 


Cash and most major credit cards are accepted. Payments are expected at the time of service. Credit/debit card payments can be made via Ivy Pay and are expected the day of service.  Instructions on how to use Ivy Pay will be provided. 

Cancellation Policy

If you no show for your scheduled therapy appointment, you will be required to pay $125—the full fee for a 60 minute session. Treatment will be terminated for clients who excessively cancel or no show.
